Notwithstanding this statement, we endeavour to deliver good quality products from our E-shop to all our valued customers with their every purchase. All items undergo quality control and are reviewed for any faults before they are transported.
We reserve the right to accept or change the date of collection or delivery of your purchase for any reason, such as the unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price of the product or service or an error in your order. As there may be reasons why we cannot fulfil your order, your purchase with us will only come into existence when we advise you that we have accepted your order and payment has been received through an email confirmation.
Once acceptance of order has been confirmed, no cancellations nor refunds will be allowed. However, exchange will be allowed if the item is not in its perfect condition upon receipt with the following conditions:
- A call / email notification at 6252 9533 or email@example.com should be done upon receiving defected or faulty products. Please include as many details as possible (e.g. order number, name, contact no, reason of return, picture of faults) about the problem.
- Replacement of the faulty goods will only be allowed for the same product in the same size or products of the same price, subject to availability.
- Purchases from Peach Garden E-shop products may be returned & exchanged within 5 working days from the day the product was delivered / collected.
- All returned goods should be unused, unopened, in original condition, undamaged and in a saleable condition upon return.
- Exchanges for products which do not meet all our conditions will be duly declined.
- Delivery costs of the return shall be bore by the customer who requested for product exchange. In addition, the initial delivery fee will not be refunded.
